This footage is from the Soopa Show at the Concrete Jungle in NYC on April 19th, 2008. Manny Galan's Dookie-Poo custom pretty much stole the show. Not only was the design top notch, but Manny went as far as to make an animated video incorporating Dookie-Poo into scenes from classic retro games. The video was then put on an iPod that was encased in the Soopa.
