Blood warning
I was hesitant to use this song, with how flirty it kinda is. But I decided that it fits with how he messes with people. Using a sing-song voice, getting in their faces, etc.
The myth that "if you keep making that face it will get stuck" seems to apply to Alastor. His smile is nearly unshakable. Maybe that's just how his mouth is. He has no lips, so we have to see his teeth? Not sure. But he's very Cheshire Cat.
I'll admit, it took me time to warm up to the fact that everyone was recast from the pilot (except Husk's recast, I accepted that one immediately, bring on the Shadow Man memes! [side note: The Princess and the Frog is my favorite princess movie]). But Amir Talai is killing it. No pun intended. I don't have much in the way of social media, but it sounds like he has a fantastic fandom presence. (I need a "You don't need to fuck to be fab" shirt to wear to Pride.)
For real, between him and the fans I love Alastor even more.

Shoutout to Cursed Cat Alastor. Not sure why. But shoutout regardless.

In case you didn't already know this, Alastor is important to me because the pilot came out around the time I was figuring out I was asexual. So in a way he was there for me. (Like how Tharja was when I realized I was a lesbian. Tharja is actually pan, but I digress.)

I really hope that Alastor becomes a better person. I hate how he treated Husk in that one episode. Honestly, had he made a threat like that to one of the Vees instead, I would have eaten it up (ahahaha cannibal joke). But it was a member of the main cast. So nahhhhh.
Speaking of cannibals, cannibals freak me the hell out. Rosie seems chill, though. I hope.

One last bit of word garbage: We finally know the truth. They are his ears.
