When you combine world-class fishing, first-class service, and afternoons chasing coastal black bears, you know you’re in for a memorable trip. This film takes place just south of Homer, Alaska, with our good friend Garrett Lambert, who runs a top-notch transport service. After a last-minute cancellation, Garrett gave us a call, and we jumped at the opportunity, inviting two guys from the Vortex team along for the ride.

Thanks to unusually beautiful weather, we were able to travel farther out than most other hunters, exploring a part of Alaska few others get to see. The fishing was unreal, the hunting was enjoyable, and every day delivered something unforgettable.
