Please note: This interview discusses suicide & assisted dying.
As world leaders in euthanasia not only slam on the brakes but try to furiously back-pedal, will New Zealand learn from overseas lessons, or ignore the hazard signs and blast full-steam ahead with euthanasia expansion plans?
Maxim researcher Maryanne Spurdle calls out the lack of genuine choice as she holds up Canada's example of a province five years down the expansion track, whose leaders are realising that they have not only legalised medical suicide, but may be pushing it on their most vulnerable:
- youth with suicidal ideation
- patients with chronic conditions who can't access treatment
- Defence Force veterans with PTSD
