Alan Wake's American Nightmare is not a sequel to the highly acclaimed Alan Wake which released near 2 years ago on the Xbox 360. Rather, American Nightmare is a spin off to the original game in which Alan Wake finds himself trapped inside a script he wrote for the Night Springs TV show.In a desert town this time around, as opposed to the forest setting of the original game Alan must rewrite reality in order to survive.
