This video is fast-forwarded at some segments, the actual run took 23 minutes. This level revolves entirely around luck if you're not using ubers, so beware. Rich Cat highly recommended, you do not want to lure Jagando near your base at the start. The main threat here is the third Fallen Bear, guarded fiercely by two Condemned Pengs.

Lineup: Moneko + Neneko (attack +10% combo for Awakened Bahamut to do over 100k damage + Rock Lvl 30 + Maglev Lvl 47 + Awakened Bahamut Lvl 40 + Gato Amigo Lvl 30 (Surge-Immunity talent) + Manic Eraser Lvl 46 (survives Jagando's surge once at Lvl 46) + Manic King Dragon Lvl 44 (survives Jagando's surge once at Lvl 32, take note that he lives a Fallen Bear hit once at Lvl 47) + Aku Researcher Lvl 30 + Li'l Macho Legs Lvl 30

My primary strategy is to use a combination of Maglev and Awakened Bahamut with an attack combo to slay the Fallen Bears without regenerating their shield. I used Maglev over Bullet Train as mine would do too much damage for this strategic kill, so account for your own levels to decide which form to use. Be warned that if you try to lure with this strategy, you will have little room for error and the lack of shield piercing, and it is very likely that you will be overwhelmed by the third Fallen Bear. I've attempted a lure strategy without Rich Cat many times, but Awakened Bahamut's cooldown is always short of a few seconds for this, though there's no harm in trying.

Rock Cat is really important to help maintain your frontlines, and Breakerblast is for pushing Jagando away. Gato is there as a meatshield for the Condemned Pengs as Manic Eraser does not cut it. I brought two shield piercers to back up their low proc rates.

After you defeat the three Fallen Bears and double Condemned Pengs, you basically win if you can mentally endure the remaining 10+ minutes of Jagando. Just don't forget about the fourth Fallen Bear waiting in the enemy base after defeating the boss.
