Here is a quick little tour of the Akron Rubber Bowl. It's a little bumpy but at least you get an idea. It's pretty dangerous with gaping holes from missing manhole covers that you could easily fall into. The stadium wasn't in bad shape until around 2012 or so when the mother nature started taking over and they sold all the gates, lights and stuff. I guess crappy management decisions and the cost to maintain it and keep it secure pretty much killed it (much like Rolling Acres mall). What a great icon of Akron history, pretty much thrown away. Oh well, maybe they will build something else cool to replace it.
