An updated version of the original Akiba's Trip, including a revamped Akihabara representing the changes in 2012, new costumes and side-missions, smoother performance and redesigned character models, 2 bonus mini-games, and a fully dubbed script for the campaign. Using the Way of the Samurai 2 Portable engine as its base, famous locations seen across the "Electric District" are here; from the "Junk Street", to the 4 main streets of Akihabara, to the "Side Street", and the park area. The open world might seem small at first, but there are a lot of activities and interesting NPCs to meet. Whether it be the woman begging for donations, the agent trying to hunt down vampires, a frog army chilling in the park, or otakus trying to peep-shot gothic lolitas with their cameras, it brings life and charm to a small, but dense open world. With a majority of the stores accurately recreated in Akiba's Trip Plus, you can spend hours exploring the many weapons and upgrades to use in combat, different clothing options to customize your character, and dialogue choices with multiple endings to encourage replayability adventures on the go.
