I'm showing my newly created shrimp tank with Akadama bonsai soil. This soil has honey color. That might was not so visible on video, but you can definitely see that the soil is not black or even dark.
Good thing about this soil that I haven't got an ammonia spike like that happens with ADA Amazonia.
I use Akadama with medium size of granules.
