Been listening to AJR lately and Turning Out became one of my favorite songs to listen to on The Click album. Simply had to make a cover of it (even if I don't have the range that the boys do, haha). I tried recording live for once and I'm actually impressed with myself.

I have really been losing a lot of love for my previous videos, and I wondered if continuing to post videos weekly was going to be viable with the channel. Thankfully, the numbers don't lie, and you all are consistently supportive if I miss a week or take time for myself to recharge and relax. It gives me moments like this to just pour my heart out into songs that really have saved my life.

A quick trivia for this video: exporting the audio out of Mixcraft has been a nightmare; there are weird automation and file corruption issues that really have been making exporting a challenge. Thankfully, the audio plays perfectly in the actual DAW, so I screen-recorded the song from there and hopefully, it sounds great on YouTube.
