Do these experiments prove the Earth doesn't move?
Why would anyone think that?

Notes:
1) Stellar aberration is only about 20 arcseconds. Nowhere near the 45 degrees I show in my diagrams, and not the 5 degrees shown in the FE video. 20 arcseconds is 0.00556 degrees.
2) To completely explain the Sagnac effect, you'll need to get into General Relativity. This is because the spinning device cannot be considered an inertial frame. But if you simply step outside of the spinning device and watch it from outside, you can see what effect to expect.
3) I have misspelled Edward Morley's name repeatedly.
