This heavy-lift helicopter touched down on July 18 during EAA AirVenture 2026 for static display on Boeing Plaza.
Known as the "Kilo," the CH-53K features three 7,500-shp engines, fly-by-wire controls, and a significantly wider cabin and external lift capability (36,000 lbs.) than its predecessor, the CH-53E Super Stallion.
