Join us for a behind-the-scenes tour of Airstream’s motorized production facility where we build Atlas and Interstate Touring Coaches. Learn how we prep every Mercedes-Benz® chassis, upholster the seats, add optional features to the undercarriage, and run every unit through a water check to ensure it’s watertight. Follow down the Atlas line where we build the walls and roof in-house, outfit the interior with luxurious solid surfaces and laminates, and build Airstream’s only slide-out Murphy suite. On the Interstate line, you’ll see how we build out the interior of the Interstate line (including the 24GL, 24GT, Interstate 19GT, and Interstate 19X), hand-craft furniture in our woodshop, and add components to the rooftop like solar panels, air conditioners, and more. And in the last station before our touring coaches leave for excited customers across the country, see how we go point by point in an extensive quality check.
