At the very heart of our Airplay programme are the youth workers who work tirelessly to engage and encourage and they make a real difference to the lives of the young people on station. Our shortlisted nominees are Jeanette Bickerton (RAF Scampton), Jessica Nugent (RAF Coningsby), Emma Pallant (RAF Benson and RAF Brize Norton).
