After quite a bit of messing about I have finally got Airfix Dogfighter by Paradox Entertainment (2000), a game initially released on PC CD-ROM, running in Linux using Wine which itself is running in a Virtual Desktop environment.
I first got it running from an iso image but that won't play the CD Audio and it really didn't like my multiple screen setup. I got the same config running on my laptop but of course still no music so I went on a hunt and found my original CD!
Here I just show the first mission of the Allied scenarios. There are 10 Allied and 10 Axis missions to complete so the whole game is quite short but you're flying model aircraft around (and later outside) a house so what's not to like?
