Porsche recently released a 992.1 version of the Dakar … and we had the opportunity to dial in a Aircooled version of the Safari.

This one is built by our good friends at Juan’s Auto and Flatsix Classics and the customer was keen on riding the sand dunes in California.

We dialled in the tuning of the 3.3L hopped up motor (Rasant ITBs with Motec ECU) to make sure it delivers on both power and drivability. We now take you along for a bit of this tuning journey. Enjoy!
