Heavy downpours and strong crosswind at London Gatwick airport. One of the Emirates Airbus A380 pilots asked me to film his arrival from sunny Dubai in United Kingdom. Here is the result. The wether was horrible , strong crosswind and heavy rain. It was a downpour at London Gatwick airport on Tuesday 15 November 2022. At some point I had to stop filming , very very poor visibility and my camera was soaked . But after couple hours the weather suddenly improved and I did managed to film this beautiful takeoff from wet runway. Amazing and beautiful water spray !
The Met Office has issued three yellow warnings for rain until Friday. Motorists are being warned to stay off the roads as the UK prepares to suffer from flooding brought about by "miserable" conditions over the next two days.
The Airbus A380 is a large wide-body airliner that was developed and produced by Airbus. It is the world's largest passenger airliner and only full-length double-deck jet airliner.
