Air Quality pairs well with Gale Force and Scorch, making them very viable for high Fear runs. You can just drop your cast on the boss and run away, though I played much more aggressively, since I knew that I could tank the damage.
Scorch explanation:
Scorch seems to deal damage in 5 ticks every second, so the base 40 dps is divided into 5 ticks of 8 damage. Air Quality changes it to 5 ticks of 30 damage. (this is what I've heard on the discord server so idk how correct it is 🤷)
