Theres no better match to the humble potato than cheese and lots of it. These loaded potatoes are great to serve as a snack, a side or even a main. We used the Ninja Dual air fryer but this will work in any air fryer. Packed full of cheese and dusted with bacon bits these taste absolutely delicious and it’s a great way to use up left over potatoes in your fridge especially y those small ones you don’t want to peel.
