Chicken Parm in the air fryer couldnt be easier and this recipe is a huge hit with my kids. Chicken breasts coated in a parmesan breadcrumb, topped with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella. This is a must save recipe if you have an air fryer.

Ingredients serves 2 (adapt for more people)
For the Chicken:
2 chicken breasts
40g Cornflour
1 egg
100g breadcrumbs
40g parmesan
Sliced mozzarella cheese
Frylight
For the Marinara:
200g Pastatta
1/ tsp each garlic granules, onion granules dried rosemary and dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
To serve:
Spaghetti, Linguine, potato wedges, salad etc.
