AIR FRYER APRICOT BAKEWELL TARTS 🍑
Baking pastries in an air fryer? We weren't convinced either... until we made these! Golden, flaky puff pastry topped with a simple almond frangipane and sweet, jammy apricots. They taste like something you'd pick up from a little bakery in the south of France, but they're made in just 15 minutes in our Cuisinart Clearview Air Fryer.
One thing we love about the Clearview is the large cooking surface, so you can bake a few tarts at once, and the glass viewing window means you can watch them puff up and turn beautifully golden without opening the drawer and losing heat. Link in bio to learn more!
