AIR CREDITS is the long-running collaboration between Chicago artists Clinton Sandifer (Showyousuck) and Steve Reidell (The Hood Internet), blending experimental hip-hop, sharp social commentary, and a taste for the absurd into a sound uniquely their own. Since forming in the mid-2010s, the group has earned recognition from outlets like NPR and the Chicago Tribune while building a catalog that pushes rap into stranger, more futuristic territory. Their new album Breathe Well+ (out June 5, 2026), explores environmental collapse and the commodification of survival itself, all with the energy of a summer beach read and, reportedly, the assistance of time travel.
