A new Aviation Industry Ombuds Scheme was announced with the release of the Aviation White Paper in August 2024 to provide improved outcomes for the travelling public. The Aviation Industry Ombuds Scheme consultation paper is seeking input on the design and implementation of the new Ombuds scheme. This is an Auslan translation of the consultation paper section on a show cause arrangement for airlines on delays and cancellations.
