We took the gondola up to the summit to view the Alps/Mont Blanc on two separate days because the first attempt had zero visibility and was a pure whiteout. The next day there was a break in the sky and we took another $100 chance to see if we could see anything before a large weather system was moving in, it was perfection on the Eastern side!
