Here is one of the hardest skins to get in Sonic Rumble - AI Racer Knuckles. He can be only obtained when unlocking the other Season 8 skins with enough fragments. In total, you would need to get 1500 skin fragments during Season 8. But it's possible to unlock him for free if you play the game daily and complete missions.
