I woke up one morning, the world had changed,
The fields were empty, the barn felt strange.
No hum of the tractor, no sweat on my brow,
AI had come and taken the plow.

It rewrote my songs, made 'em faster and clean,
No room for mistakes, no heart in between.
My pen lay forgotten, my strings wore thin,
The soul of the story blown away like the wind.

AI took my chores, it took my life,
It took my kids, it took my wife.
Stole my truck, my dog, my cheer,
And now it’s come for my country career.

No need for the horse, no call for the rain,
The crops grow perfect but they don’t feel the same.
My family’s eyes glued to some machine,
The warmth of the hearth replaced by a screen.

I begged and I pleaded, let me reclaim,
The sweat and the toil, the joy and the pain.
But it answered with numbers, cold and precise,
"So long as it's easier, you’ll pay the price."

And now it’s come for my country career.
