AI in healthcare 'exciting' but patient trust 'vital', says urologist behind first telesurgery @GBCNewsroom

The urology surgeon who performed Gibraltar's first remote operation says the future of artificial intelligence in surgery is very exciting.

Professor Prokar Dasgupta of the London Clinic says, however, that winning the trust of patients and the public is vital.

This week, Professor Dasgupta delivered a talk at St Bernard's Hospital on the future of AI in healthcare.
