From 1990 to 2019, early-onset cancer rates rose nearly eighty percent globally. One in two people will receive a cancer diagnosis in their lifetime. This isnt a distant threat — its the most personal health reality of our time. So what is actually happening? How much of this is lifestyle, and how much is just bad luck?
