What It Really Takes to Bring AI Features into a Product – János Szendi-Varga (SEON)
In this presentation, we will share SEON’s journey of introducing AI-driven features into our SaaS product, built on AWS. We will highlight what it really takes to design, test, and deploy AI capabilities that operate reliably at scale. New functionalities such as AI-powered transaction summaries, explainable risk insights, and natural-language rule building are now part of SEON’s command center for fraud prevention platform. Beyond the technical challenges, the talk will cover how we established end-to-end processes and infrastructure to deliver these features in production. Finally, we will reflect on the organizational side — building AI governance and responsible frameworks — to ensure innovation goes hand in hand with trust, compliance, and long-term business value.
