Creating a good face swap used to be pretty complex and time consuming up until now... It still isn't flawless but definitely a proper replacement for ROOP if you are looking to make some deep fakes in a quick and efficient way. I notice some minor glitching in the eyes and the teeth but I feel for the speed involved in creating these I see the tech only getting better and better... Soon we will not know what is real and what is fake anymore!!!
I used a random model and then used a photo of:
Björk, the Icelandic singer-songwriter and composer for the first clip...
Marilyn Monroe, the American actress and model for the second clip...
Taylor Swift, the American singer-songwriter for the third clip...
David Bowie, the English singer-songwriter, actor and musician for the fourth clip...
I started to dive a bit deeper into the rabbit hole for the last two clips using a photo of a dog's face with human features then finally Skeletor from the live action He-Man movie: Masters of the Universe (stylized as Masters of the Universe: The Motion Picture), a 1987 American superhero film directed by Gary Goddard featuring the one and only Dolph Lundgren...

Additional editing was done using Adobe After Effects and to run ReActor I used the Automatic1111 Stable Diffusion FREE webUI but a lot of people in the AI world seem to be shifting over to ComfyUI, Animate Diff et cetera... AI for me is just a creative hobby and I rarely use it in my professional film and animation work at this time but I have been and always will be fascinated by and love playing around with it when I can...
