At Embedded World 2026, Electromaker partnered with @TexasInstruments to look at updates to CCStudio™ IDE. The latest version adds generative AI support designed for development with TI devices.
The AI assistant works across the full development workflow. Developers write code, configure peripherals, and run debug sessions through the agent interface. The system links directly to TI SDK documentation and development resources so the AI generates code aligned with TI hardware and software tools.
A key integration connects the AI assistant with CCStudio™ SysConfig. This allows the agent to understand device peripherals and generate configuration settings through the official configuration framework. Instead of writing raw setup code, the AI assistant produces configurations the same way TI tools normally manage them.
The agent also controls debugging tasks inside the IDE. Developers load programs, set breakpoints, inspect variables, and analyze peripheral data from the same interface. The AI assistant runs code, checks runtime behavior, and updates the program during a development loop. Developers download CCStudio™ IDE from the TI website and connect an AI agent to begin using the feature.
