She's back for round 2! It's after the fall of the Empire and the rise of the New Republic... Ahsoka Tano journeys beyond the known galaxy to confront what it means to be a Jedi. Because being a Jedi means never having to not confront things.
She and her Jedi apprentice Sabine Wren travel a perilous world to find their way home, while Hera, Ezra, Zeb and Chopper face Grand Admiral Thrawn and his allies, who want to push the New Republic into war.
Rosario Dawson returns in the title role. The cast includes Natasha Liu Bordizzo, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Lars Mikkelsen, Eman Esfandi, Ivanna Sakhno, Rory McCann and Hayden Christensen. Lars Mikkelsen plays Grand Admiral Thrawn, the part he voiced in Rebels across its third and fourth seasons before carrying it into live action. Eman Esfandi plays Ezra Bridger, while Mary Elizabeth Winstead plays Hera Syndulla, both characters brought over from the animated series.
The live-action series picks up the story of 'Star Wars Rebels,' the animated show Filoni created; Wren, Hera, Ezra, Zeb and Chopper all began there.
VFX studios include Clear Angle Studios, Folks VFX, ILM, Image Engine Design, and SSFX.
Coming to Disney+ on January 20, 2027!
