Five Nights at Freddy's (FNaF) is a video game series and media franchise created by Scott Cawthon. The first video game was released on August 8, 2014, and the resultant series has since gained worldwide popularity.

The main series consists of nine video games taking place in locations connected to a fictional family pizza restaurant franchise named "Freddy Fazbear's Pizza", after its mascot, the animatronic bear Freddy Fazbear. In most games, the player assumes the role of a night-time employee, who must utilize tools such as security cameras, lights, doors, and vents to defend themselves against animatronic characters who inhabit the locations and become mobile and hostile at night.

Friday Night Funkin' is a Newgrounds rhythm game made in HaxeFlixel originally created for Ludum Dare 47. Programmed by ninjamuffin99 with a soundtrack produced by Kawai Sprite and artwork created by PhantomArcade and evilsk8r, the game can be played on Newgrounds or played/downloaded for free on itch.io.

The plot of the game centers around Boyfriend trying to hook up with Girlfriend, but her ex-rockstar father Daddy Dearest doesn't approve of him. It's up to Boyfriend to rap battle his way through him and anyone else that stands in his way so that he can finally get freaky! Think you got what it takes?

Freddy Fazbear is the titular antagonist of the Five Nights at Freddy's series, who later appears as multiple variations in the succeeding games. Freddy is an animatronic bear and children's entertainer housed at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, alongside Bonnie and Chica. He is the mascot of the original Freddy Fazbear's Pizza chain and takes the role as the lead singer of the band, standing in the center of the stage. Secretly, Freddy and the other animatronics are haunted by children murdered by a man named William Afton. He and the others are now seeking revenge against their killer by attacking any adults in the pizzeria after-hours in blind rage.

Springtrap, previously known as Spring Bonnie, is the main antagonist of Five Nights at Freddy's 3 and the withered form of Spring Bonnie. He is possessed by William Afton, the main antagonist of the series. He appears in Five Nights at Freddy's VR: Help Wanted and Five Nights at Freddy's AR: Special Delivery.

The Source Filmmaker (SFM) is the movie-making tool built and used by us here at Valve to make movies inside the Source game engine. Because the SFM uses the same assets as the game, anything that exists in the game can be used in the movie, and vice versa. Friday Night Funkin': Mario's Madness is a mod directed by Marco Antonio. The mod is centred around Super Horror Mario, a demonic version of the original Mario, from the rather well-known artwork by Shadow-Shana on Deviantart. Included within the mod are many fan-created versions of official Nintendo content from the Super Mario Bros. franchise.

Boyfriend, also known as Yourself, is an alternate universe version of Boyfriend. After the death of his Girlfriend and suffering a unknown incident, he has now changed both in mind and body. He is the star of the song Silly Billy.

The Stitchwraith Stingers are epilogues featured at the end of every Fazbear Frights book, except Felix The Shark, each telling one part of a overarching story, revolving around a detective investigating the mysterious entity known as the Stitchwraith, with both parties unaware of other evil forces pulling the strings.

The Agony is an amalgamation of Andrew's infected objects. It's possessed by William Afton. It appeared in the epilogues in Fazbear Frights 6 Blackbird and Fazbear Frights 7 The Cliffs.
