Day 73. If you have a shiny new plastic part (like a thumb rest or pickup cover) and you don’t want it to look overly new, lightly scuff it with fine steel wool. Just ensure you remove pickups first to keep shavings away from magnets. The result is a more vintage, dulled sheen.
