Julie Barrett is the Founder and President of Conservative Ladies of America; a national organization activating citizens to engage in the legislative process and defend American values at the state and local levels. Conservative Ladies has expanded its reach across the country in 2024 and 2025, empowering parents and communities to influence public policy and hold lawmakers accountable. In Washington State, we have been called the “most effective and influential organization in Olympia,” helping defeat several harmful education policies, including an anti-parent K–12 attendance bill in 2025. A mother of four, Julie brings both personal conviction and policy insight into her work, combining grassroots organizing with a passion for restoring constitutional governance. She lives in Sarasota, Florida.
