This is the big video Ive been so nervous about. I thought it would take me more time, but then the finale happened and I just followed my muse, so to say. This is not a journey video or a character study, this is me trying to process how to say goodbye to my favorite character of all time.
Shes been my inspiration for so many years and she will still be. I lost count of how many quotes by her Ive used as my motto to encourage myself and face challenges.
I tried to include most of her pivotal moments and also to do justice to Elizabeths acting. Shes never given anything but the best in her scenes and Jemma wouldnt be the compelling, inspiring, realistic character she is without Lil.
I chose this song because it reminded me of the beauty of life, and how it can be hard sometimes but also so full of wonderful things. Or magnificent, as Fitz would say. I think there is no character who is more in love with life than Jemma. ♥
