In our inaugural run of Tortuga, we quickly ramped up our tiny fleet's power by clawing our way up the ship tiers to Ship of the Line. However, we ran into some challenges with obtaining new captains, greatly hindering our fleet's potential. In this session, we will aggressively hunt down new captains to expand our fleet and become a greater menace on the Caribbean!
