The Steward has gained too much control and too much power over the Empire. The Admiral, in a desperate bid to wrest control from the Steward has now become a Pacifist, urging the Reach to stop the ceaseless violence of ages past. The Magnate has taken what resources he gained previously and uses them to fund his own personal expedition across the Reach to find the long rumored weapon of ancient ages: the Planet Hammer. The Believer abandons his disciples to the court and seeks a new doctrine... perhaps it's the mysterious Blight that has all the answers of the universe? Who will complete their objective and who will change fates as we go into Act 3?
