With Age of Empires 4 coming out, we decided to make a new series dedicated to the Age of Empires franchise, but in the style that we're all familiar with! This is NOT an AOE gaming video, nor guide or walkthrough. SO sorry for the delay, there were problems with my video rendering service.

This video describes much of prehistory, in the Paleolithic and Neolithic, and the development of a unified ancient Egypt, to the Old Kingdom, and eventually the New Kingdom and Egypt's military conquests.

We'll try to go through all the Age of Empires series, potentially taking breaks to go back to our regular short form videos. This won't affect our planned milestone vids, and will have its own dedicated playlist, apart from our longer term project.

If you've played any of the Age of Empires games and are into history, this series will hopefully give some background on the scenarios and campaigns from the different games. For this original AOE game, we use the in-game History script with some parts edited.

If you HAVEN'T played the games, this series is STILL for you. While we use some gaming clips, the history is still prominent, and the main focus.

They will be the introductory points for our regional and time period playlists.
