Stalin's Pravda article against isolated spontaneous actions. These isolated actions could be used by the government as an excuse to crack down on the working class movement. On June 10th the workers were able to force the Kerensky government to allow a demonstration on June 18th, however a separate demonstration on June 14th was organized by disunited anarchistic elements.
