Ooh have been working on this one much. And yes, this is something about the lore.
Don't worry, Sky is okay, Sky is alive. The "first part" is when they try to remember how theirs and Shadow Hoshi's friendship began, and the "second" is some kind of their fear. You know Hoshi eats people, but Sky is a human, so yep.. Nothing really happened, just character's emotions.
