Take a look with me at a Runcam Owl Plus camera after a very high-G encounter with a very hard piece of tarmac. This camera is now very much beyond repair however, if the sensor had been glued to the PCB with epoxy, repairs may have been as simple as fitting a new lens.

Runcam cameras are great -- but if you intend doing some dirt-dives, think about adding some epoxy around the edge of the sensor element -- it may be worth it.
