After Effects CC new effects 'up scaling' test @ 4K.
Procedure:
1) made 4K contents with RED EPIC.
2) down converted and encoded it to HD resolution (ProRes HQ)
3) up scaled with new AE feature to 4K again and compare wiht 4K original
4) amazing!! you cannot see the border line among two!!!
