In this tutorial, I am going to show you how I created a professional light leaks transition in adobe after effects without using any plugins. It's a very simple process. Just create a composition, then create a solid layer. Go to Effects and presets, and search for the effect of Fractal noise. Then drag and drop to the solid layer, then change some settings. Import your footage, drag and drop just below the lights layer, then change the layer mode from normal to add, then you are done. This is a very fast and easy tutorial, so I recommend you to watch this video till the end.
