Adobe has opened their public beta program, and Creative Cloud members may start to see some new apps showing up. I'll tell you the latest features in the After Effects beta, new this month, and show you what they can do. Of top interest to me are the tapered stroke and concentric repeater. Two features that give shape layer a great boost
