After Hurricane Helene, we heard a bunch of people say that "there are no libertarians in flood zones", as if the only people who could possibly help anyone after a natural disaster work for the government.
But... That's nonsense! Not only has the Federal government essentially botched rescue operations in North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida, just like in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, it was private individuals who arguably did the most good.
