Why do some traders seem to improve incredibly quickly while others stay stuck making the same mistakes for years?
After more than 10 years coaching traders, I've noticed one trait appearing again and again in the people who make the fastest progress.
And it isn't intelligence.
It isn't having the perfect trading strategy.
It isn't spending all day looking at charts.
It's curiosity.
In this video, I explain why curious traders tend to improve faster — and how that curiosity eventually develops into better decision-making, greater confidence and more consistent execution.
You'll learn why the questions you ask matter, why losing trades can be some of your most valuable trades to study, and why separating the quality of a trading decision from the outcome of that trade is so important.
I also explain why genuine trading confidence doesn't come from motivation or simply trading live for a few weeks.
It comes from evidence.
The traders who become confident are often the ones willing to test their ideas across hundreds of trades, different market environments and long periods of historical data.
Eventually, they stop asking:
“Will this trade work?”
And start asking:
“Does this meet my trading plan?”
That change is far more important than it might initially seem.
