Normaly u can just replace your Cmos/Bios Battery without problems, but the Internet is full of BSh*t witch makes the peoples get in Panic.

BUT if you are really afarid, than you can just do it like i show on this video, so there you can really really be sure that all gonna work again like it should ;)
