Fear of flying is no joke—just ask my sister. Terrified of plane crashes and turbulence, she had a near panic attack on our flight to Mustang Beach, Texas. But despite her heart-racing fear, we pressed on. Between the bumps in the air and the haunting thought of a crash, it seemed impossible for her to enjoy the ride. Yet, after a perfect lunch on the beach she faced her fear and managed to have a really great time!
