Our broad assortment of machines ranges from the newly invented Mini Bender and the economical AFC machines to the sophisticated twin-headed Gemini benders. All machines can be integrated with robotics, chamfering units, and other ancillary devices such as the Wire Cleaner or welders.
Standard unlimited arm rotation with Slip Ring Technology, DXF/XYZ/STEP/IGES importation, Animation Simulator, and ease of programming are a few of the features on our machines. In addition, robotics, external chamfering, and other ancillary devices can be integrated!
Each machine features completely automated work cell solutions that take the wire from coil, form, weld, and systematically arrange the finished parts.
In all instances, the wire can be fed directly from a coil, straightened, bent, and cut using a software package that provides flexibility and simplicity in programming.
